I'm a design leader with 25 years of experience building teams and products. For the last decade, I've led UX organizations at JP Morgan Chase and US Bank, scaling teams from 0 to 50+
people while shipping payment products that move trillions of dollars annually. I'm a people leader first, technologist second. My real skill is building cultures where teams wake up Monday excited to work. I've pioneered AI integration in banking products while staying equally committed to succession planning and mentorship.

US BANK, SVP, Head of UX Design, Money Movement Experiences | 05/2021 – 10/2025

Led a global team of over 50 people—designers, researchers, accessibility specialists, and content strategists—working on payment products for consumers, small businesses, and commercial segments.

Shaped the experience of products like Zelle, bill pay, real-time payments, mobile check deposits as well as banker and teller experiences. These aren't just features—they're how millions of customers move their money every single day.

Earned #1 rankings in "Payments & Transfers" from Keynova and "Best in Class" for Bill Pay from J.D. Power in 2025. We got there by obsessing over the details and constantly testing with real customers.

Implemented AI-powered features in mobile check deposits that made the process faster and more accurate. This work led to a U.S. patent application for the interface technology we developed.

Built out the design organization's capabilities by mentoring senior designers and creating clear career paths. Watching people grow into their next roles has been one of the most rewarding parts of this job.

Led the complete design journey for Chase Pay, a mobile payment and rewards platform, from early concepts through final launch.

Designed the payment wallet architecture that became the standard interface for Chase customers across all third-party wallet integrations, including Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay.

Built a new UX department from scratch, bringing in talented designers and researchers to tackle challenging problems in financial technology. Starting with a blank slate gave us the chance to establish strong practices from day one.

Redesigned the digital presence for major brands including RadarOnline.com and MuscleandFitness.com. This work involved everything from refreshing visual identity to rethinking how content was organized and displayed.
